Levelled up on Evan/ Bowman... Swot glasses are back!

So my grind places on my evan was:

lv70-85: Red Kentauruses

lv85-90: Red Wyverns

lv90-100: Blue wyverns

*Going with magic amp first, then fire breathe, at lv80

However, my card ended at lv95... so I'm gonna have to do the other 5 lvls on x1, or else it would be a waste of a card lol. Lvled to 96 at newties not long ago:



Btw, did anyone recently realise the prices of Clean slate 20%'s rising?? I think it has something to do with this:



I believe there is a hack / glitch going on, where you can get more slots than normal on an equip... though I can't confirm it. I know in the past, you COULD get 9 slot u/h bwg's from pigmy, but it's highly unlikely someone has kept 1 till now lol, and if they did, they would have scrolled it when SGFA just came out, months ago... Not to mention, I saw 2 of these BWG pop up in fm1, roughly at the same time. Coincidence? I think not.

Moving on, my bowman is now lv106 after another 4hr grind at newties:



Finally, today when I logged on, I realised the swot glasses event came back lol. If you don't know what it is, its basically free glasses / glasses scrolls from random NPC's dotted around maple. To start it, simply talk to the maple administrator, to get a 2011 medal.

*WARNING: DON'T DROP THAT MEDAL, OR YOU CAN'T GET SWOT GLASSES

Once you have that medal, you can check your quest list, at available / done, to see for anything like "Chief Stan's New Year wishes" quest, and talk to that NPC to randomly recieve a glasses scrolls, or swot glasses. These quests are repeatable, though I can't remember how long you had to wait, I think it was 1hr, but correct me if i'm wrong.

There are 2 types of swot glasses, one of them expires after a certain amount of time, the other one is PERMANENT, never expiring. Both of them have 5 slots clean, u/h with no stats on them at the start. Both swot glasses are UNTRADABLE, and CANNOT be Psok'ed or Sok'ed. *sux*

The scrolls you can obtain to scroll for them, includes dex/str/int/luk/attack/matk.

Since Nexon is so pro at english, there are some typos on the scrolls. Sometimes you might get a scroll saying 70% int, but when it works, you end up getting +2 dex on your glasses instead lol. I don't know which scrolls are glitch atm, and which aren't so you'll have to work it out for yourself =p

I think I will STILL make my Evans though...I'm short for money here... don't fancy chaosing tonnes of swot glasses, with 100m per scroll >_>

Doubt I'll get over 5 atk anyway f3

They aren't tradable too... meaning I'd have to chaos a pair of 5 atk+ glasses for every character... and nothing I can do for any new chars I make past New Year, so yea =p
